Geography

INTRODUCTION TO THE DEPARTMENT:

The Department of Geography was established in June 2013 along with the inception of the college. Presently the Department of Geography has Special level subjects at the UG norms. The department contributed a great deal to the academic development of the students in the tribal area. The department is also trying to create awareness and interest among the students regarding Geography and its related program and recent trends, and activities on Domestic and global levels.

1. To emphasize critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and digital applications in geography.
2. To develop students' appreciation of geography as an interdisciplinary subject.
3. To provide an academic environment that encourages students to inquire and explore geographical knowledge.
